Apache AH-64A/D Helicopter Gets a
Beatin' and Returns Crew Safely
"Here are pictures of one of the Apaches that was hit
on a mission the other day that one of my Army buddies
sent. The crew was able to fly it back to the
assembly area, even with the shredded rotors. There
is also a close-up of a slug they pulled from it.
